The Community Bank offers the C. A. Kelley Scholarship Award to a graduating student from Loganville High School.

The scholarship provides $8,000 over a four year period to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology. The recipient is chosen by the faculty of Loganville High School. Click here to see the recipients.
