We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during the recent changes brought on by our conversion. Essex Bank values your opinion and we thrive to make sure that our customers are happy.
As a result of the feedback we have received from you, our customer, we are working diligently to resolve the issues at hand. We are proud to inform you that we are purchasing the accounting software to support Quicken and QuickBooks. We do not have the exact date the upgrade will be available, however, future notifications will be provided once the date is determined. We would like to apologize for the delay in having these products available for use upon our conversion.
We have also had a lot of feedback regarding our online banking bill pay product. There are two issues that have been brought to our attention. First, there are payments processing as a check when in the past they posted as electronic items. Second, we are dealing with a slightly longer processing time of the bills set up within the product. Be advised that we are researching the best and quickest solution for our bill pay product.
Please know that you are the most important part of Essex Bank and we strive to know that your wants and needs are met. We couldn’t be happier to have you as a customer and we value your opinions greatly. Please continue to communicate any likes or dislikes with us so that we may better serve you.
